We’re thrilled to announce that OCP Foundation, Ai Movement-UM6P – Mohammed VI Polytechnic University, and UNESCO are once again joining forces to launch the second cohort of the African Women in Tech and AI Program!

Following the remarkable success of our inaugural session, where 34 talented women from 11 African countries were trained and supported, and 8 women-led AI startup projects are currently flourishing in incubation, we’re ready to take it to the next level.

About the Program: The African Women in Tech and AI Program, implemented within the framework of UNESCO’s Flagship program 4 for Priority Africa 2022-2029, is a transformative initiative empowering African women to lead in technology, innovation, and artificial intelligence. Building on the achievements of our first cohort, we are now inviting applications for the second session, with the ambitious goal of selecting and empowering 150 women over the next three years. The program aims to foster sustainable development in Africa by harnessing new and emerging technologies.
